It features titanium and ceramic enhanced triple-layer nonstick coating with a diamond pattern cooking surface to protect the nonstick coating and to help keep foods from sticking. Sold separately, this unit has a Takoyaki plate accessory (EA-YBC01), which can make up to 26 large takoyaki at a time.
